Meet Jen Riedel, One Way’s Head of Platform

It’s a great pleasure to welcome Jen Riedel as our Head of Platform at One Way Ventures!

Jen brings insights through her robust experience in community building, as an operator, and in supporting entrepreneurs for the last decade. Jen most recently co-led the Techstars Boston Accelerator. During her time at Techstars Boston, she supported 30 early-stage startups with focus areas such as deep tech, healthcare, insurtech, and fintech. Prior to this, Jen led operations for the US and Canada in the Startup Programs group at Techstars, was Head of Operations at Unified Imaging (a digital health startup acq. in 2016), built communities for the World Economic Forum Global Shapers, and Raleigh Founded.

Outside of work, Jen is an avid swimmer, cyclist, traveler, and singer.
